AECObank

A dockable content browser inside Revit with three tabs — The Project (what's already in your model) and The Library (your firm's shared content). Realistic render thumbnails, deep metadata comparisons (size, version, triangles, CAD, host type), and out-of-process family upgrades that never touch your live session.

Includes a full materials browser and creation tools, system families, drafting views, groups and collections of content. A powerful multi-stage scan deep-cleans your content and provides standards mapping (gather → map → apply) to align every family with your standards.

The problem it solves: content chaos — nobody knows what's in the library, which versions are current, or whether families meet your standards. AECObank makes the answer visible in seconds and proactively fixes your content.

AECOtrack

A cloud-hosted, BCF 3.0-aligned issue-tracking system that replaces PDF markup for design coordination. Create an issue from a Revit or Navisworks view — AECOtrack captures the snapshot, camera, selected elements and location (Level / Grid / Room) automatically — then annotate it in a Bluebeam-style editor built into the panel.

One shared UI across Revit, Navisworks, AECOtwin and a web portal, so architects, engineers, contractors and clients all see the same issues. Azure-hosted with Entra ID sign-in and per-project RBAC. The problem it solves: PDF markups get lost, live in email chains, or never map back to the model. AECOtrack keeps issues attached to the model with a fully collaborative workflow.

AECOtwin

A browser-based, federated model viewer for whole projects — architecture, structure, services, civil — loaded together in one lightweight scene. Runs in any modern browser with no plugins, walks the model at full FPS on ordinary laptops, and opens models orders of magnitude larger than IFC-based viewers will attempt.

Integrates end-to-end with AECOtrack: pin an issue directly on a federated element, sync the same issue back into Revit or Navisworks with camera, element and location intact. Bring architects, engineers, contractors and clients into the same 3D conversation without asking anyone to install Revit.

A built-in clash engine runs entirely in the browser — no round-trip to Navisworks, no waiting for an overnight job. Results feed straight into AECOtrack issues so the loop from "found it" to "assigned to someone" is a single click.

Why it beats IFC-based systems: IFC translates every element to a heavy neutral schema — files balloon, geometry degrades, and viewers grind. AECOtwin uses the purpose-built .frag fragment format: a fraction of the file size, GPU-friendly geometry, and load times measured in seconds instead of minutes. The result is a coordination tool teams actually open — not one they dread waiting for.

AECOtransmit

A portable Windows app that builds and maintains drawing transmittal registers. Point it at your issue folder, and it parses drawing filenames (Number - Name(Rev)), stores the full issue history inside the workbook itself, and rebuilds the transmittal matrix from your template on every run.

Runs as a portable zip — no admin rights, no install. Reusable project profiles, dedupes drawings automatically, and can't lose history because it's the source of truth. The problem it solves: transmittal Excel matrices drift out of sync, break formatting, or lose issue history when someone edits the wrong cell. AECOtransmit rebuilds them, correctly, every issue.
